Voicemail messages will be checked and calls returned within 24 hours. All SIS staff are available to assist with any issues that may arise in regard to admission, registration and academic progress.
SIS Tech will continue operating during their regular hours. Please refer to the SIS Tech calendar for their complete schedule: https://library.wayne.edu/info/calendar/sis. At this time, the best way to receive support is via email - email@example.com.
The Career Fair, Annual Recognition Ceremony and faculty & student lunch have been postponed at this time. WSU has also postponed commencement for this semester. We will send out more information when these events have been rescheduled.
Updates from the Wayne State University Library System
The libraries are joining the university in taking a proactive approach to help ensure the safety of the campus community. Information is changing very quickly but the information here outlines the libraries’ current plans for operations to support remote and online learning.
Many staff, collections and services are available online anytime and the Library System is commited to working to provide students the support and resources they need to be successful.
Due to an executive order by Governor Whitmer closing all libraries in the state, the university has closed all library buildings on campus to students, faculty, staff and the general public until further notice.
Updates from the University
The situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is evolving rapidly, requiring our students to adapt quickly to a variety of issues they never anticipated. Wayne State University has established a dedicated student information section on its COVID-19 website to keep you informed during this time. This site will be updated as new information becomes available, and also provides a place for you to submit questions.
Please contact the school if you need any assistance continuing the winter 2020 semester or preparing for the spring/summer 2020 semester.
