Elizabeth Gross, MLIS '01, has accepted an assistant professorship with the Department of Library Science at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

Jose Guerrero, MLIS '16, joined the Penn State University Libraries Diversity Residency Program. He began his work in August 2016 and will remain in the program for three years.

Aaron LaFromboise, MLIS '16, received the Outstanding Support Staff Award from the Montana Library Association in February 2016. Aaron is the Director of Library Services at Blackfeet Community College in Browning, Montana.

Nandita Mani, MLIS '03, was appointed as Director of the Health Sciences Library and Associate University Librarian at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Mani assumed her new responsibilities on July 1, 2016.

Brooke Moynihan, MLIS '13, and Hildur Hanna, MLS '84, co-authored a chapter in Rethinking technical services: new frameworks, new skill sets, new tools, new roles, published by Rowman & Littlefield.

Kathryn Polgar, MLIS '14, recently began as Collection Development Librarian in the Arthur Neef Law Library at Wayne State University. Kathryn first joined the Law Library as a student assistant while pursuing her MLIS degree at Wayne State.
