SLIS Alumna Stacey Ogea (MLIS '13) was recently featured in the Venice Gondolier Sun for her work as library manager of Frances T. Bourne Jacaranda Public Library (Venice, Florida), where she has worked since November, 2016.

The article praised Stacey for her team mindset and the way she has helped her community bridge the digital divide. A Michigan native, she moved to Florida to join the Sarasota County Library System because she was impressed with the library system administration and the amount of community support for the library system.
