SLIS Annual Recognition Ceremony

Wayne State University's School of Library and Information Science invites you to help us recognize the accomplishments of our students, graduates and faculty at the 2011 Annual Recognition Ceremony. It will take place on Thursday, April 28, 2011 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm in the Student Center Ballroom.

The ceremony and reception will include recognition of graduates, announcement of award and scholarship winners and the latest updates on the School. Faculty and donors will also be honored for their contributions. The ceremony will also include remarks by Julie Herrada, Curator of the Labadie Collection - the oldest research collection of radical history - at the University of Michigan and 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award Winner.
Refreshments will be provided.
