Dr. Deborah Charbonneau recently presented a continuing education workshop entitled "Community Engagement 101" at the Medical Library Association annual meeting in Boston, Mass. The workshop explored topics such as community and stakeholder engagement, partnership, community-engaged research continuum, and issues of measurement. Dr. Charbonneau has experience with obtaining external federal funding for several outreach projects in the Detroit area.
