SLIS Faculty Member Publishes Articles about Libraries and the Affordable Care Act

SLIS Assistant Professor Dr. Deborah Charbonneau recently had two journal articles published about transforming consumer health reference services in the Affordable Care Act landscape. The articles appear in recent issues of Reference & User Services Quarterly and The Reference Librarian. Dr. Charbonneau also co-authored the book chapter entitled "The Health Insurance Reference Question: A Step-by-Step Approach," along with Kelli Ham from the University of California-Los Angeles, to be published in The Medical Library Association Guide to Answering Questions about the Affordable Care Act (edited by Emily Vardell) forthcoming in Fall 2015.
