SLIS student, Jessica Miller, received the 2009 Louisa Bowen Memorial Scholarship from the Midwest Archives Conference (MAC). This award seeks to encourage the study of archival administration by providing financial assistance to a full-time student in the MAC region. Miller is already a promising professional with experience working at the Library of Congress, Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, Archives of Michigan, Wyandotte Museums and the Benson Ford Research Center of The Henry Ford.
