SURGE Applications Now Open

Are you interested in a mentoring opportunity next year? Success for Underrepresented Students in Graduate Education (SURGE) is a graduate mentorship program that helps undergrad students prepare for life after college.

SURGE is a great opportunity to share your experiences as a graduate student with undergrads seeking guidance in their careers. While some trainees know what they want to do next, many are unsure what to do after graduation.

Even if you have no mentorship experience, this is a great opportunity to get involved in the Wayne State community and guide the bright, up-and-coming students who will be graduating over the next few years.

The SURGE mentor application period is now open! Visit go.wayne.edu/surge to learn more.

The application is easy to complete and is due July 1.
