WSU Giving Day returns on April 8
Wayne State has been an institute of opportunity since it was founded in 1868. Giving Day connects the entire community — on campus, in Detroit and around the world — during this period of school spirit and generosity.
On April 8, we invite you to join the School of Information Sciences by donating to support SIS student scholarships.
Last fall, Wayne State University alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends showed amazing generosity — donating a record 1,912 gifts on our fourth annual Giving Day, for a record $797,817 raised.
Wayne State is grateful for all who participated last year and we’re grateful in advance for those who plan to participate again this year. Your giving stories are inspiring and prove that when we Give Green, Wayne State’s future will Be Gold.
Get ready to make a bold impact with your gift on April 8 by visiting givingday.wayne.edu.
Prefer to give another way? Spread the word by posting Giving Day updates on social media with #GiveGreenBeGold, or sign up to be an ambassador and give your network access to support the university area of your choice.
Whether big or small, your support is significant and helps move Wayne State and Detroit forward. GIVE GREEN. BE GOLD.
