Tashia Miller

Tashia Miller (she/her/hers) is the Outreach and Engagement Librarian at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor campus. Here she represents the library to the campus and surrounding communities to foster new partnerships between campus initiatives and library spaces as well as connecting new users to the library’s resources and services. She has previously held the Outreach and Media Librarian position at Washtenaw Community College where she managed the physical and digital streaming film databases for the college. She is a Wayne State SIS alumna, receiving her MLIS with a concentration in Digital Content Management in 2013. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Master of Science degree in Written Communication - Technical Writing in 2009. Her interests include online teaching, community engagement, graphic novels and comics.
